CreatorFuse HQ is built on public creator data. Here's exactly what we use, how often we update it, and what our limitations are.

Public platform data

We use publicly available channel/profile information from supported social platforms. We do not access private or user-restricted data.

Third-party analytics APIs

Some metrics are sourced from established analytics API providers (such as Social Blade's Business API) that aggregate public creator statistics.

Update frequency

Profile pages refresh approximately every 6 hours. Top lists refresh every 12 hours. Exact timing depends on the upstream provider.

Earnings estimates are directional only

Revenue estimates are calculated using monthly views × an estimated CPM/RPM range per niche. These are NOT platform-reported payouts. Actual earnings vary significantly based on audience geography, ad formats, sponsorships, and monetization eligibility.

No private data

CreatorFuse HQ does not access platform dashboards, creator studio data, or any information that is not publicly visible. We only show what you could see yourself by visiting the creator's public profile.
